The projects involve a range of Mechanical & Electrical components on large scale Civils work, requiring a dedicated Mechanical team. Duties include working with the project delivery team to oversee Mechanical aspects on site, ECI works, ordering materials, and commissioning process involvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing Mechanical aspects on site
  • Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) works
  • Ordering materials
  • Commissioning process involvement
  • Producing and reviewing H&S documentation
  • Liaising with the design team
  • Preparing sub-contractor orders

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a relevant field as a Mechanical Project Engineer or Mechanical Design Engineer
  • Water industry experience - Water Treatment Works etc.
  • Industry-related qualification (HNC/HND or Degree)
  • CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS, and full driving license

Remuneration:

A salary of up to £65,000 (dependent on experience) plus car allowance, generous annual leave scheme, 7.5% pension, fuel scheme, healthcare, and other benefits.
