Glasgow Finance Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our leadership team based in Glasgow. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the business and working closely with other operational Directors to achieve business objectives.
The role involves overseeing a small finance team, covering all financial operations including AP / AR / Collections / Payroll, management and oversight of the accounting process. You will also be responsible for producing monthly management accounts for 2 subsidiary businesses, consolidating accounts to Group and performing general ledger reconciliations.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to drive process improvements, review internal financial controls and implement improvements when required. Experience in finance systems, particularly with large ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, is highly desirable.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We are committed to providing a supportive and challenging work environment that allows our employees to grow and develop their skills.
