We are seeking a dedicated Education Expert to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust, a reputable school located in Camden North London.

About the Role

As an Education Expert, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed academically and personally. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum. The salary may vary depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

Job Description
  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for students in Year 4
  • Assess student progress and provide timely and constructive feedback
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and motivated to learn
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with experience in Year 4
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
