About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Charity Ambassador to join our team at Charity Link. As a Charity Ambassador, you will be the public face of our organization, interacting with the public and inspiring them to make a positive impact in their communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the public in a face-to-face setting, promoting our charitable causes and inspiring donations.
  • Work under your own initiative, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our supporters, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people.
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle (if required by the role).

What we offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £23,800 - £25,000 per annum, plus uncapped discretionary bonus.
  • A permanent contract with 28 days' annual leave, including bank holidays.
