Job Title: Graduate Development Advisor

Career Legal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graduate Development Advisor to join our client's London office on a permanent basis.

This role is ideal for an individual with 2-3 years of experience in Graduate Development or Generalist HR in a professional services organization or law firm. The successful candidate will have strong administrative experience, high proficiency in IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to trainees
  • Manage seat rotations to meet the firm's resourcing needs while balancing trainee preferences
  • Review and moderate trainee seat reviews to monitor performance
  • Manage secondment processes and review secondment terms for international and client secondments
  • Assist with trainee application screening, vacation schemes, and in-house recruitment events
  • Support the HR Team with the qualification process
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Graduate Development or Generalist HR in a professional services organization or law firm
  • Strong administrative experience and high proficiency in IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and challenge situations when needed
