Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain the work area to ensure a safe and clean environment, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient product changeovers, minimal downtime, and accurate labeling and packaging.
  • Liaise with Line Leaders and engineers to report any issues or concerns, providing clear and concise information to support problem-solving.
  • Adhere to 'World Class' standards at all times, maintaining a high level of quality and safety in all aspects of your work.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food factory environment, preferably with knowledge of SOPs and salads production.
  • Good level of English and Maths literacy, with basic understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene.
  • Ability to work unsupervised, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication.
