Estate Administration Specialist

**Job Description:** As an experienced Private Client Solicitor, you will play a key role in handling the administration of estates, including probate, tax forms, and Will drafting. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice on Inheritance Tax, Income Tax, and Capital Gains Tax mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert advice on estate administration, probate, and tax laws
- Drafting and attesting of Wills, as well as applying for Statutory Wills when necessary
- Handling Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in private client law
- Strong knowledge of probate, tax laws, and estate administration
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
