Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Catering Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our catering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
  • Creating attractive food and counter displays
  • Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Handling cash and operating the cash register
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations
About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a strong desire to succeed in their role. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic can-do attitude, display passion for delivering excellent customer service, be an excellent team player, arrive equipped with a desire to succeed, thrive working under pressure, demonstrate outstanding timekeeping and reliability, and have a safety-first mindset.
