Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Our client, a leading European specialist in sustainable manufacturing services, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and strategic development throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement Lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste throughout the factory.
  2. Design and implement process improvements, including factory layout optimization and line balancing exercises.
  3. Develop and maintain Bills of Material and other ERP system data to ensure accurate production planning.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  5. Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills to support process improvements.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in Lean manufacturing and process improvement.
