Private Family Law Solicitor Opportunity

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of private family law and court procedures, with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience. They will be adept at managing their caseload and adapting to timelines, with a good attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, ebullient, and enthusiastic about the fast-paced nature of the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of private family law cases, including divorce, separation, and child custody matters
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the legal process
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives and grow the organisation
  • Mentor junior members of staff and contribute to the development of the team
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and confidentiality
Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor or CILEX lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience
  • Strong knowledge of private family law and court procedures
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the right to work in the UK
  • Full UK driving licence
