Job Description:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to customers, promoting independence and empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives.
  • Conduct regular reviews of customer support plans, adjusting approaches as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Create a safe and inclusive environment that fosters opportunities for skill development, learning, and personal growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer support provided, adhering to Riverside's policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, acknowledging their rights and responsibilities, and facilitating their involvement in service decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain local partnerships to provide a comprehensive range of support services for customers.

Person Specification:

  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, including those with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse individuals.
  • Strong administrative and IT skills, with proficiency in producing reports and other communications.
  • Demonstrated initiative and confidence in making decisions and taking action.
