About the Role
Nexgen Group is seeking a reliable and hard-working Yard Supervisor to maintain the cleanliness of a residential development in Brentford.
This is a permanent, part-time position for 30 hours per week, available from May 2024.
Key Responsibilities
- Litter picking and general tidying
- Sweeping outside areas
- Clearing spillages
- Removing and transporting rubbish
- Organising and cleaning bin rooms
- Cleaning the exterior of the estate
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to work overtime at short notice
- Good attention to detail
- Fitness to carry out physically demanding tasks
- Excellent organisational skills
