We are seeking a highly skilled Legal PA to join our client's busy litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Role:

As a Legal PA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality secretarial support, including:

  • Diary management for fee earners
  • Document preparation and management
  • Assisting with billing and invoicing
  • Audio transcription
  • Managing complex administrative tasks

The Ideal Candidate:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Legal PA, preferably in conveyancing
  • Strong proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
  • A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
