Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Are you a seasoned tech recruitment professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for sourcing top-tier talent in the tech industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Recruiter to join our team at Affinity Personnel Limited.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing high-quality candidates for various tech roles across the US and European markets. You will play a crucial role in identifying, screening, and placing candidates within rapidly growing sectors like SAP, Business Intelligence, Software Development, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, and Cloud.

Responsibilities:
  • Source and qualify candidates for tech contract positions
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, utilizing job boards, social media, and internal databases
  • Engage with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish
  • Source new clients and develop crucial working relationships with staff at every level of the business
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in 360 Tech or FinTech recruitment
  • Proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates within the tech/FinTech sector
  • Proven track record of sourcing and securing clients within the tech/FinTech sector
  • Strong understanding of software engineering, Cloud, AI, and SAP is highly desirable
  • Fluency in another European language, aside from English, is a bonus
  • Strong network within the US and European markets is also desired
