Key Responsibilities- Design, build, deploy, and support customer-facing systems
- Employ industry-leading techniques and best practices to suit customer challenges
- Work within existing monitoring, observability, and security frameworks to achieve customer requirements
- Provide 3rd or 4th line support to production datacentre environments
- Contribute to a high-performance culture, empowering others through coaching and development using modern software development methodologies
- Deliver, coordinate, and prioritise activities, responding positively to challenges, using technical expertise to support you and those around you
- Be passionate about automation, striving to identify where complex and repetitive tasks can be simplified, improving overall team velocity
- Experience integrating systems, networks, or software in on-premises environments
- Experience providing 3rd or 4th line support to production datacentre environments
- Knowledge of storage solutions such as NetApp ONTAP or QNAP
- Knowledge of VMware technologies such as Cloud Foundation, vSAN, or NSX-T
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability solutions such as CheckMK, Telegraf, or Prometheus
