Job Summary:

Futures is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital part in promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the business.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our Senior Leadership Team to support the delivery of key CI Projects across one of our largest sites. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that delivery of continuous improvement projects and activities maintain full compliance with health & safety and environmental, risk assessments, procedures, and good practice.
  • Working collaboratively with other managers to build a values-based culture, ensuring that results are achieved with people at the heart of every decision, and consistent focus is given to providing a positive experience for colleagues.
  • Responsible for deployment of improvement projects and action plans, reporting regularly on progress in order to identify any opportunities, challenges, trends, or repeating issues and provide insight to feed into improvement road-maps.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working within a Business Improvement or Continuous Improvement role.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or Level 4 equivalent Qualification in Continuous Improvement.
  • Experience within an FMCG or other fast-paced manufacturing environments.
  • A strong working understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental Management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with and motivate key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong computer & Data analysis skills, working knowledge of Excel.
