Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit monthly financial statements for the UK&I operations.
  • Oversee fixed asset management and ensure adherence to IFRS standards.
  • Assist in the development of consolidated profit and loss statements and balance sheet forecasts.
  • Facilitate intercompany transactions and communication among diverse stakeholders within the organization.

Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide financial updates and insights as required.
  • Continuously assess and enhance existing processes for improved efficiency.
  • Analyze and interpret extensive datasets from various sources, adapting to different formats as necessary.
  • Supervise part-qualified accountants, particularly in the realm of balance sheet reporting.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and external auditors.
  • Generate specialized reports and analyses for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on international accounting standards (IAS) to ensure precise financial reporting across essential statements.

Candidate Profile:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical capabilities
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS
  • Proficient in Excel with experience in consolidation systems
  • Positive demeanor towards colleagues
  • Strong communication skills, highly diligent, and self-motivated
