Housekeeper

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Anchor Hanover. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our care homes, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and comfort.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that all areas of the care home are clean and tidy, including bedrooms, communal areas, and laundry facilities.
- Use cleaning products effectively and follow health and safety procedures at all times.
- Report to the Location Manager and work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our residents' needs and preferences.
- Contribute to the creation of a warm and welcoming environment that promotes independence and dignity.
- Customer service NVQ2 or equivalent experience.
- Previous cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning procedures.
- Ability to work safely and effectively with cleaning products.
- Strong interpersonal and empathy skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team, prioritizing and planning around customer needs.
