This role is for an experienced Workshop Controller to manage and supervise a busy workshop. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to drive the team to achieve objectives, and possess a strong background in automotive repairs. The company is a leading dealership group with a reputation for excellent customer service and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of technicians and administration staff
- Ensure the workshop is running efficiently and effectively
- Manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and quality
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or similar role
- Strong background in automotive repairs and maintenance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
