Job Details:

This role is for an experienced Workshop Controller to manage and supervise a busy workshop. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to drive the team to achieve objectives, and possess a strong background in automotive repairs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of technicians and administration staff
  • Ensure the workshop is running efficiently and effectively
  • Manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or similar role
  • Strong background in automotive repairs and maintenance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
