Adults Locality Social Worker Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Adults Locality Social Worker to join our well-structured and organised team in Norfolk County Council. This role will be for an initial 3-6 months with potential for extension subject to internal circumstance and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial safeguarding enquiries and s42 enquiries.
- Provide advice to the public, partner agencies, and regulated care providers on safeguarding concerns.
- Complete home visits and safeguarding assessments and reports.
- Liaise with other professionals.
- Ensure knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Hold cases.
- Work with individuals at risk, and those who have caused harm.
- Attend multidisciplinary meetings.
- Complete referrals to relevant agencies for support.
- Post-qualifying experience as an Adults Locality Social Worker.
- HCPC Registration.
- Three years post-qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry.
- Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Your own personal consultant.
