Vehicle Repair and Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic or related profession to join our team as a Vehicle Repair and Maintenance Coordinator. In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in driving the transformation of our bodyshop into the future.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Dismantle and reassemble damaged vehicles in accordance with repair estimates, following and checking methods and procedures as issued on every job.">
- Provide direct supervision to non-qualified technicians where applicable.">
- Ensure that stripping and rebuilding work of all vehicles is carried out professionally and correctly, with quality checks undertaken in line with our process.">
- Advise the Bodyshop Team Leader of any additional work identified when working on a vehicle.">
- To be aware of and adhere to all Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations and policies applicable to your position and working environment.">
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have served a recognised apprenticeship as a MET Strip Fitter / MET Technician and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / ATA / IMI/ SVQ). Previous experience working as a MET Technician / MET Strip Fitter within a busy body shop is essential, along with strong diagnostic training and a self-motivation to earn bonus hours.
">Salary Range: £37,500 - £47,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
