Maintenance Craftsman

We're recruiting a Maintenance Craftsman to join our repairs and maintenance team in the North Lakes. As a skilled Joiner, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality, right first-time maintenance across responsive and void properties, working alongside a brilliant team.

You'll need to have a City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in carpentry, joinery or equivalent, and experience in all aspects of joinery work within a maintenance environment, including glazing and working with UPVC windows and doors. A flexible approach, ability to use technology for logging jobs, complete online learning, and collaborate with other colleagues are also essential.

The salary for this role is £32,777 per annum, plus van, generous on-call allowance, and great benefits. You'll also enjoy 34 days leave, increasing to 39, with the option to buy 5 more, as well as time off for volunteering too.
