About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Sja's West as a Disability Adviser, working as part of a team that provides essential first aid services, training, and campaigning. As a Disability Adviser, you will be the first point of contact for patient transport requests, dealing with inquiries from patients, relatives, care staff, or agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, relatives, care staff, or agencies
  • Manage patient transport requests and coordinate logistics
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to promote Sja's West services
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs to improve patient outcomes
