Job Title: Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administration Assistant to provide support to our busy Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied workload, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively as part of a team.

About the Role

This is a temporary position, covering maternity leave, and will be based at Salford Civic Centre with some elements of home working. The role will involve providing administrative support to the Service, including managing schedules, coordinating events, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Service, including managing schedules, coordinating events, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage a busy and varied workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and able to manage a busy workload. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
