We are seeking an accomplished Creative Director to lead our team in crafting innovative digital solutions that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Salary Range:

$140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and inspire award-winning work from your team, leveraging creativity, interactive media, and emerging technologies.
  • Drive successful client relationships by delivering high-quality work on time, while consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Immerse yourself in the client's business, identifying challenges and opportunities to create effective solutions that consider the holistic needs of the brand.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of creative briefs and briefing documents, collaborating with clients to ensure alignment and mutual understanding.
  • Lead by example, inspiring creative colleagues to originate world-class ideas that conceptualize cutting-edge solutions.
  • Generate useful, usable ideas across all existing and emerging digital platforms, staying ahead of industry trends and advancements.
  • Continuously develop best practices and processes to foster innovation, encourage experimentation, and harness new ways of thinking.
  • Set creative direction and provide hands-on guidance throughout client team projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Inspire clients with opportunities, growing partnerships organically through both ideas and successes.
  • Maintain high levels of internal and external client satisfaction, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success at Associate Creative Director or Creative Director level in a similar agency environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead collaborative multi-functional teams, including project planning, to win industry-recognized awards.
  • Considerable experience with European and Global projects, with a strong understanding of diverse cultural contexts and market requirements.
  • Experience developing and leading client relationships, with a proven ability to generate new business and expand existing partnerships.
  • Exceptional information presentation (visual and written) skills, with experience in creating engaging narratives and compelling visual content.
  • Strong track record in large-scale project planning, including accurate estimation of costs and timing, with limited overruns.
  • Expert knowledge of user interface, application, mobile, and responsive design, using the latest prototyping and design tools.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with fluency in Arabic being a significant advantage.
  • Previous experience in Saudi Arabia and/or the MENA region is highly valued.
