Sales Negotiator Role at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward

We are seeking a skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in helping buyers find their dream property, working closely with vendors to support them throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Buyer Management: Daily management of buyers to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
  • Vendor Communication: Regular communication with vendors regarding the property market and providing them with updates on the sales process.
  • Viewings and Negotiations: Generate and conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and provide exceptional customer service to buyers and vendors.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including third parties, to ensure a positive and successful sales experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Track Record: A proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of the property market and sales negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Customer Service Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service to all clients, while achieving the right results and enhancing our reputation.
