Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Psychological Therapist Manager to join our team at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with adults with complex mental health needs and be familiar with working through a trauma-informed lens.

\

The post holder will be responsible for managing a team of psychological therapists and ensuring that they provide high-quality care to our patients. This involves working with the inpatient leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures that meet the needs of our patients and communities.

\

The salary for this role is £83,590 per annum, plus a range of benefits including increase mileage rates for > 3500, a wide range of health and wellbeing support packages, and a range of internal and external development and learning opportunities.
