Senior Retail Compliance Manager

At evoke, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Compliance Manager to support our retail business initiatives and ensure they're conducted in compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements to create and maintain a compliant environment.
  • Monitor and interpret developments impacting the compliance environment, including regulatory change and relevant enforcement action.
  • Partner with commercial and operational teams to provide subject matter expertise and guidance to ensure business goals are successfully delivered in a compliant manner.
  • Lead the management of compliance incidents and support the investigation of cases raised to the business by external bodies.
  • Ensure highest levels of training, communication, and awareness are provided to colleagues commensurate with position and function.
