Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team at Home Instead. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will provide support and assistance to our clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings
  • Assist with medication reminders and management

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate: £13.00 per hour weekdays, rising to £13.50 after 150 hours
  • £13.50 per hour weekends, rising to £14.15 after 150 hours
  • £26+ per hour on bank holidays
  • Paid holidays and flexible scheduling
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
