Chubb Fire & Security Group is seeking a highly skilled Fire Risk Assessor to join our Fire Consultancy division. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting fire risk surveys, evaluating and identifying fire hazards, and providing recommendations for fire prevention and mitigation.
About the RoleThis is a new role created to meet the demands of our Fire Consultancy division. You will work closely with our team of expert consultants to provide fire risk assessments for businesses across the UK. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct site visits, assess fire hazards, and provide written reports on your findings.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct fire risk surveys and assessments to identify potential fire hazards and risks
- Evaluate and recommend fire prevention and mitigation measures
- Provide written reports on your findings and recommendations
- Work closely with our team to provide fire risk assessments and advice to clients
- Stay up-to-date with changes in fire safety legislation and guidelines
To be considered for this role, you must have a relevant vocational course in fire safety or fire risk assessment, as well as a National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management. You should also have relevant experience in fire safety or a related field, and good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
