**Job Title:** Aspiring Child Psychologist

**Job Summary:** Guardian Selection Limited is seeking a dedicated and passionate Aspiring Child Psychologist to join our team in a vibrant primary school setting. This long-term role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work closely with children, and collaborate with experienced professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in the development and implementation of personalized intervention plans to promote emotional and mental well-being in children.
  • Promote mental health awareness and positive well-being within the school community through education and outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support services to children.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify children's needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to children, addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, and behavioral problems.

**Requirements:**

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field (or currently working towards one).
  • A strong passion for working with children in an educational setting.
  • Previous experience in a school or child-focused environment is desirable.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in child psychology.
