SEN Teacher for Students with Complex Needs

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with diverse needs and be able to create individualized education plans, adapt teaching methods, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver lessons for secondary students with SLD/PMLD
- Create individualized education plans and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a supportive learning environment
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with students with SLD/PMLD
- Knowledge of SEN policies and procedures
- Understanding of different learning styles and abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments
The SEN Teacher will work in a secondary school setting, collaborating with other teachers, support staff, and external professionals. The role may involve some administrative tasks related to student progress tracking and reporting. The teacher will adhere to school policies and procedures regarding safeguarding and student welfare.
Full-time position with competitive pay.
