Quantity Surveyor Role

We are seeking a passionate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing company, CappKind, bringing enthusiasm and dedication to drive our team's success and build a fulfilling career with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set an example as a model professional quantity surveyor, providing support to the wider team in relation to commercial and contractual issues.
  • Provide pre-contract support to our client's projects (estimating & subcontractor procurement)
  • Provide post-contract support to our client's projects (payment, change management, risk management & project reporting)
  • Ensure outputs align with client requirements and expectations
  • Ensure timely submission of internal and external deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Client focused and understand the importance of delivering outputs on time and within budget.
  • Have at least 3 years' experience working in a quantity surveying/assistant quantity surveying role.
  • Have a degree in a construction or quantity surveying related discipline
  • Be a member / working towards being a member of a recognised professional body such as the RICS or ICES
  • Be a self-motivated team player who demonstrates excellent judgement and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrate strong inter-personal skills
  • Consider sustainability, collaboration, innovation and integrity in all aspects of their work.
