Customer Service Representative - France (12 months FTC)

The Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll provide exceptional customer service, manage the order book, and develop close working relationships with Account Managers to ensure accurate and timely order placement, management, and shipment. You'll oversee orders from start to finish, anticipating problems and troubleshooting accordingly. Fluency in both English and French is required for this role.

Your Impact:
  1. Responsible for all order entry and order modifications for own account base
  2. Communicate with sales force and customers to ensure smooth operation of order flow
  3. Expedite customer orders, including keeping them informed of delays or early fulfillment
  4. Follow up on outstanding orders/availability issues to minimize cancellations
  5. Liaise with Credit team when necessary on any order held relating to credit issues
  6. Provide excellent after-sales service, by dealing with returns and credits in a timely and effective manner
  7. Report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to give a clear picture of the status of account base

  1. Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative, experience in the footwear/apparel industry is beneficial
  2. Proficient in Microsoft applications
  3. Experience working in multifaceted organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents and often working under pressure of competing and conflicting priorities
  4. Fluent in English and French
