About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Highway Engineer to join our team at SYSTRA. As a key member of our infrastructure design team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical design of highway projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of engineers and technicians on projects.
  • Develop and supervise junior engineers in the team.
  • Prepare and deliver technical outputs, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in highway design and project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of highway design principles and standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
