About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team. If you enjoy leading teams, helping others develop and grow, and working closely with clients, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Job

  • As a Senior Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and leading and developing members of the Audit team. You will work closely with Directors and Partners to ensure that assignments are completed in accordance with the firm's standard procedures and that assurance quality is maintained at all times.
  • You will be responsible for briefing and overseeing staff on assignments, providing on-the-job training as required, and liaising with senior client staff to ensure that the assignment is completed as per the agreed terms.
  • You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving key audit matters and contentious items, in consultation with the client, Director/Partner, and national technical team as appropriate.
  • Additionally, you will attend and present at client audit committee and board meetings, and assist directors and partners with business development opportunities, including participation in scoping and pitching.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience working as an Audit Manager within a professional service firm is essential.
  • Proven experience in client handling and producing high-quality audits is also required.
