Join a dynamic team as an Administrative Support Specialist and contribute to the success of our New Product Development (NPD) department. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support and coordination for both the NPD and Graphics teams in line with the departmental and overall strategic business goals.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with the Customer Project Manager (CPM) to develop relationships with customers in support of meeting design expectations to enhance the overall customer experience. You will also be responsible for coordinating the receipt and timely processing of all formats of non-direct print decoration, including K3, In Mould Labelling, and Labels.

As an experienced administrator, you will have proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a keen willingness to learn and progress in your knowledge of working in a NPD & Graphics function. You will possess good communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support and coordination for NPD and Graphics teams
  • Work closely with CPM to develop relationships with customers
  • Coordinate receipt and processing of non-direct print decoration
  • Update computer records and systems as required
  • Maintain colour standards register and arrange courier services
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in an admin role using IT skills daily
  • Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
