Data Migration Analyst Job Description

Our client is seeking a seasoned Data Migration Analyst to join their team. As a Data Migration Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of legacy data into NetSuite edERP.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the data migration lead to develop and implement a data migration plan.
  2. Review legacy data for quality issues and develop strategies to resolve them.
  3. Work with users to resolve data quality issues and obtain acceptance from the project team and/or business.
  4. Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
  5. Participate in safeguarding training and reporting incidents as required.

Requirements:

  1. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis and/or cleansing, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in systems implementation.
  2. Proven experience in extracting and cleansing legacy data.
  3. Involved in at least 2 major data migration projects.
  4. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of ETL methodology.
  5. English as primary language.

Technical Skills:

  1. T-SQL
  2. Excel VBA
  3. Accounting
  4. ETL Methodology

The role will be based remotely, with occasional office attendance. The contract duration is 6 months. Please submit your CV, daily rate, and availability in Word format.
