In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a strong flow of pre-qualified leads provided by the company's IFA team, allowing you to focus on delivering top-notch service and building client relationships.

The successful candidate will benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, including a base salary of £30,000 - £35,000, on-target earnings (OTE) of £40,000 - £70,000, and flexible working options. Additionally, they will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support, as well as access to modern IT equipment and administrative support.

Estate Planner Responsibilities:

  • Liaise regularly with financial advisers in the business
  • Conduct meetings with new and existing clients, either in person or via video conferencing
  • Provide tailored estate planning solutions to clients
  • Maintain accurate records and manage correspondence
  • Handle an active caseload and collaborate with involved parties to ensure timely case completion
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to achieve targets

Requirements for Success:

  • IFA or banking experience preferred
  • Legal background or membership with the Society of Will Writers
  • Proficiency in legal software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to build trusting client relationships and understand client needs
