We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing and Sales to lead our Sales and Marketing efforts in Petersfield, Hampshire. About the Role

As Head of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive online sales growth and build strong relationships with retail partners and global distributors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Drive online sales growth through effective e-commerce and B2C sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and global distributors
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the health and wellbeing sector
  • Demonstrated success in e-commerce and B2C sales strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Salary and Benefits

The salary package for this position is negotiable depending on your career level and capabilities, with a base salary ranging from £60k-£80k per annum plus bonus.
