We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Business Transformation Team at Oxby and Parke Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile projects and change initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with project sponsors and stakeholders to establish project objectives and deliverables.
  • Project Planning: Prepare, manage, and communicate project plans and schedules, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate, monitor, and prioritize activities of the project team.
  • Technical Collaboration: Engage with technical teams and external vendors to ensure build ability and efficiencies are developed within the design.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work with Subject Matter Experts to gather requirements, design solutions, develop process guides, etc.
  • Change Management: Using appropriate verification techniques, proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Risk Management: Manage and minimize project risk and ensure lessons learned transfer across projects.
  • Business Relationships: Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.
About You
  • Project Management Expertise: Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods - PRINCE2 Foundation or an equivalent Project Management qualification.
  • Agile Experience: Agile experience is desirable.
  • Project Delivery Experience: Previous experience of delivering large complex projects.
