About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Gatwick Airport. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client experiences through personalized service and product knowledge
  • Build strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and product knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a consultative retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
