About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized E-Commerce Parts Executive to join our dynamic team at Sytner Mercedes-Benz. As a key member of our online sub-team, you will play a crucial role in driving our online presence and sales of automotive parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and drive our online presence through the sale of automotive parts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Ensure all sales enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently
  • Photograph and list new products, and assist colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching, and sourcing
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and selling of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories through our online marketplace
