Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
- Meeting quality and financial targets while supporting the development of healthcare services.

- Promoting and enhancing our clients reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Recognising and addressing the specific needs of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Participating in contract reviews and representing the organisation regarding service delivery.
- Leading the supervision and annual review process for your team.
