Pirate Studios, a leading provider of rehearsal and recording facilities, is seeking dedicated Customer Support Agents to deliver exceptional service to artists globally.

Job Overview

We're looking for highly motivated individuals with a strong understanding of customer service principles and self-starting capabilities to join our Artist Support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers via live chat, phone, and email.
  • Manage bookings and account queries.

We have two evening positions available covering the evening shift patterns:

Contract Details
  • Role 1: 18 hours contracted per week, salary of £10,707.
  • Role 2: 24 hours contracted per week, salary of £14,277.

Both positions offer the opportunity to do overtime in addition to their contracted hours. This is a temporary position until the end of January with the potential to become permanent.

Requirements
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within a high-volume call centre environment.
  • Strong understanding of exceptional customer service principles with a customer-first mentality.
  • Ideal prior experience working with audio equipment.
