Job Description:

  • You will receive full and ongoing training in the role, as well as dedicated support throughout your working day.
  • You will work on a long-term self-employed basis.
  • Day-to-day duties include installing broadband and TV services, resolving broadband faults, and optimizing speed in our customers' premises on behalf of our clients, including TalkTalk and BT.
  • The successful candidate will have an interest in Telecoms, broadband, or IT.
  • You will undertake shifts on a rotational basis with the option of flexible working.
  • In this field-based position, you will drive from one job to another, providing the above services with a focus on customer service.
  • Our client is running a training course for this Telecoms Field Engineer / Broadband Field Engineer / IT Field Engineer position, which will last for two weeks.
  • Previous experience within the Telecoms Field, Broadband Field, or IT Field would be beneficial but not mandatory; however, an interest in IT, Telecoms, or broadband would be sufficient.
