Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Commis or Demi Chef to join our team at a restaurant in the Evesham area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic chef to work with all fresh seasonal produce, producing a modern British menu cooked to 2AA rosette level. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy kitchen environment and be confident in their abilities.

• Prepare fresh cooked meals using locally sourced produce to 2AA rosette level
• Run your section, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ordering
• Work as part of a hard-working kitchen team, contributing to a positive and productive environment

• A strong background in cooking, preferably in a commis or demi chef role
• Experience working with fresh seasonal produce and cooking to a high standard
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
