Lead the Way in Affiliate Success

As our Affiliate Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for driving commercial affiliate success across various channels, including Tech, Fashion, Health and Beauty, and Sport. Your key objectives will be to develop and expand direct commercial relationships with key affiliate partners, top-tier retailers, and new potential partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse data from multiple sources to identify new opportunities and optimise performance.
  • Develop and implement our commercial affiliate strategy, driving success across various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliate partners and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Editorial Affiliates, SEO, and Social teams to achieve targets and continuously improve best practices.
  • Regularly report performance, present results, and suggest innovative strategies to boost revenue and traffic.
Requirements:
  • A track record of driving success in the affiliate sector, with experience in achieving commercial goals and negotiating performance and fixed-fee deals.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills, with experience using industry-standard tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush.
  • Understanding of SEO principles to plan for medium and long-term success.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Innovative mindset to seize short-term opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
