We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Nurse Assessor in a hybrid working environment.

About the Role

As a Nurse Assessor, you will be responsible for providing unbiased and comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP). You will work closely with service users to ensure a personalized, inclusive, safe, and empathetic service. Your clinical expertise will be utilized to assess the full range of health conditions and disabilities affecting the claimant, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments.

What We Offer
  • A competitive basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500 per annum
  • A 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality and retention bonus
  • OTE: £45,650 per annum
  • Hybrid, full-time, and part-time options available, including 4 days and 3 days per week
  • Training options: 12 weeks (full-time), 14 weeks (4 days per week), and 17 weeks (3 days per week)
  • 25 days' holiday per annum, rising to 27 days with service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic with 1+ years' post-qualification experience. You must also have valid registration on the NMC or HCPC without restrictions and excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy.
