Artemis Human Capital is excited to collaborate with a leading FMCG firm to find a skilled Senior E-commerce Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's e-commerce technical and web-related sales growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should possess analytical and technical skills, as well as proficiency in online sales systems and techniques. They will work closely with the E-commerce Manager to implement the overall online sales strategy and administration of the company's websites from content uploading to order processing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the management of CRM system to deal with customer orders & queries;
  • Use of analytical software to help create reports on the website's overall technical and sales performance;
  • Implementation and building of campaigns across multiple digital channels;
  • Liaising with other departments to develop a holistic approach to increasing online sales;
